The master bedroom offers a king size bed with premium mattress, large built-in closet, ceiling fans, and private ensuite bath and access to a jungle view patio. Guest bedroom offers two twin size beds, large built-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Guests enjoy a powder room with fashionable modern sink.
Just minutes from your condo awaits what many consider to be one of the best Caribbean beaches around. Take a stroll along the endless, white sandy shoreline, or enjoy swimming in the calm, crystal clear waters of the Caribbean. Nearby private beach clubs, "Mamitas and Kool offer a variety of palapas, umbrellas, comfortable loungers, as well as swimming pools, beachside dining, cocktail service, showers and "customers only" washrooms. A variety of water sports such as sailing, diving, surfing, kite-boarding and parasailing are also available.
Playa is so rich in local charm much of your time will be spent at local restaurants, breakfast bars, cafes and shops, culminating on Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walkway just a 5 minute walk. A local favorite "La Cueva del Chango" restaurant is a must for breakfast and some of the best Italian between The Meridian and the ocean. Bustling nightlife may bring you down 5th Avenue a bit south of your Suite, however, you will appreciate the quiet tranquility of this retreat once your evening (morning) is complete. Terms and Conditions: RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
All reservations require a $500 payment to hold chosen dates.
• 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the remaining balance is due
• 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full. All holiday reservations December 15-January 5 are required to be paid in full no later than September 1. Each reservation requires a REFUNDABLE $500 security deposit.
• SOME VILLAS HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR RESERVATION HOST.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Reservations canceled 31 days or more prior to arrival date are refundable with a $300 cancellation fee.
• Reservations cancelled 30days or fewer are non-refundable.
• Holiday reservations are non-refundable.
• BRIC International is pleased to offer travel insurance at a reasonable additional fee with every reservation, please consult your reservation host or add to your on-line booking.
